Referral partners
Send us a business. Get paid every month it stays.
Ten percent of what they pay Goatkeeper, every month, for as long as they are a client. Not a one-time finder's fee. Not a gift card. Real money that shows up while you are doing something else.

Two more signed up in March. Cassidy's Detailing booked a call off your link on the 4th and paid on the 9th.

The arithmetic
One client is $19.70 a month. That is the whole trick.
Goatkeeper starts at $197 a month. Your cut is ten percent of whatever that client pays, every month, from the first payment to the last. Nothing about it gets more complicated than this table, which assumes the $197 starting price.
| Clients still paying | Every month | Every year |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $19.70 | $236 |
| 5 | $98.50 | $1,182 |
| 10 | $197.00 | $2,364 |
| 25 | $492.50 | $5,910 |
| 50 | $985.00 | $11,820 |
How it works
Three steps, and two of them are ours.
-
1
Put in your name and email
You get a link with your name on it and a dashboard to watch it. No contract to sign, no call to sit through, no minimum to hit.
-
2
Send it to somebody who needs it
Share the link, or type a business into your dashboard and we take it from there. Either way it is on the record before anyone calls them, so the credit is yours.
-
3
Watch it turn into money
You see the click, the call booked, the day they sign up, and what they pay. We pay you ten percent of it every month they stay.
Inside your dashboard
You can see what happened, not just what you earned.
Most referral programs go quiet the second you share the link. This one tells you where every name stands, the same day it moves.
What you see
- Every click on your link, by day
- When somebody books a call
- When they sign up and start paying
- What they pay, and your cut of it
- What is owed to you right now
- Every payout we have sent you
What you never see
- Their books
- Their bank
- Their transactions
- Anything they tell us in chat
- Their tax return
- Anything they would not want shared
A referral is an introduction, not a key to somebody's business. You see the status of a name you sent us and nothing past it.
Who does well at this
People who already know a lot of owners.
Bookkeepers with a full roster
You turn work away every month. Send the ones you cannot take and get paid for the referral instead of the hours.
Lenders and brokers
Half the deals that stall are stalled on books nobody has touched in a year. Point them here and the file gets unstuck.
Coaches and consultants
You cannot fix pricing for somebody who does not know what a job costs. This gets them numbers to work from.
Owners who talk to other owners
You are already the person people ask. This is the version where the recommendation pays you back.

Name and email. That is the signup.
We make your link, open your dashboard, and email you a way back into it. No password to invent, nothing to install, nothing to agree to except the ten percent.
- 10% of every payment
- For the life of the client
- Cancel any time, keep what you earned
Questions
The ones people actually ask.
How long do I get paid for?
As long as they stay. There is no cap and no expiry. If somebody you sent us is still on the books in three years, you are still getting paid in three years.
When does the money actually land?
We add up what you earned at the start of each month and send it once the client's payment has cleared. Pick PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or an ACH transfer in your dashboard and that is where it goes.
What counts as my referral?
Anyone who signs up through your link, and anyone you tell us about by name before they come in on their own. The link handles itself. For a business you already know, put it in your dashboard so it is on the record before anybody calls them.
Do I have to be a Goatkeeper client?
No. Plenty of partners are bookkeepers with a full roster, lenders, business coaches, or somebody who just knows a lot of owners. If you are a client, your referrals show up in the same place as your books.
What happens to the business I send you?
A real person calls them within a business day, looks at where their books are, and tells them straight what it takes to get caught up. If it is not a fit we say so. Nobody gets pitched twice.
Can I see what happened to someone I referred?
Yes. Your dashboard shows when they clicked, when a call got booked, when they signed up, and what they pay. Not their books, and not anything they tell us, but enough to know where things stand.
Is there a limit on how many I can send?
No. The partners who do best send a few a month for years rather than a pile once.
