Cancelling
Cancel any time from Billing. No call and no fee. You keep read-only access to your books and can download your reports.
How to cancel
- Open the menu at the top right and tap Billing.
- Tap Cancel my subscription.
- Tell us why if you like. It’s optional.
- Tap Cancel my subscription again to confirm.
Only the business’s owner can cancel.
What happens next
- Nothing more is charged.
- Your bookkeeper stops work on new months, and your bank connections are removed.
- Your books, reports and documents stay in the app to read and download.
- Anything we already filed stays filed. If a return is partway done, tell us whether you want us to finish it or hand over what exists.
Taking your records with you
Download your reports from Reports. Or ask your team for the full record: your books, reconciliations and copies of what we filed.
Coming back
Go to Billing and tap Start again. Your books are right where you left them.
