Adding a bank account or card
Add a new account right where you send its first statement: choose Add an account, then enter the type, the bank, and the last four digits.
Adding one
- Go to Statements and choose the new account’s statement.
- Under Which account is this?, choose Add an account.
- Pick the type, like checking, savings or credit card.
- Enter the Bank or card company and the Last four digits. We fill these in from the file when we can.
- Tap Add this account, then send the statement.
Good to know
- Every account the business uses needs its statement each month, even one with only a few charges.
- Loans go in your Business profile, under your banks, cards and loans.
- Closed an account? Tell your bookkeeper in the chat so they stop asking for it.
