Message your bookkeeper any time from the Chat tab. Replies usually come within one business day.
Sending a message
- Go to Chat, or open the menu and tap Contact your team.
- Type your question, or attach a receipt or document.
- Your team usually replies within one business day. We email you when they do.
Good things to ask about
- A transaction you want explained.
- A letter from the IRS or your state. Send every page.
- A big purchase or change coming up, before you make it.
- Anything about your price, your card, or your return.
