Answering Needs you
Needs you holds the questions your bookkeeper couldn’t answer from the statement alone. Tap That’s right or Not quite, and the answer is remembered for next time.
Answering a question
- Go to Needs you. The number next to it is how many are waiting.
- Each card shows a transaction and where it was booked.
- If that’s right, tap That’s right, then Confirm.
- If not, tap Not quite. Pick Where should it have gone?, add a line in your own words, and tap Fix it and remember.
- Not sure where it goes? In the list, choose I’m not sure, tell us what it was, and tap Send it to Gus. If it’s a close call, a person on your team settles it.
Questions from your team
Sometimes your bookkeeper or accountant asks about a specific transaction. Those show up here too, marked From your team. Answer them the same way.
Why it’s worth a minute
- Every answer becomes a rule. Same vendor next month, no question asked. You can see them under Rules.
- Please answer within a week. Anything still open when a month closes is booked on our best reading and marked for you to check.
