Texts and emails
We email you when something needs you or a month closes, and text you too if you turned texts on. Change which emails you get from the link at the bottom of any one.
Emails we send
- A welcome when you join.
- A reply from your bookkeeper.
- Questions waiting on you, once a day at most.
- Your numbers when a month closes.
- A reminder when a statement is missing.
- Payment problems.
- A reminder seven days before each estimated tax payment.
Changing your emails
- Open any email from us and tap Change which emails you get at the bottom.
- Tick the ones you want and tap Save.
Billing and security emails always go, so you never miss a failed payment or a sign-in code.
Texts
- You can turn texts on when you set up your account: Text me when a month closes.
- We text when a month closes, when something needs an answer, and before an estimated tax payment. A few a month, never a sales one.
- Reply STOP any time to turn them off.
