Getting your price

1. Answer a few questions at app.goatkeeper.io/quote. It takes about two minutes.
2. You see your monthly price right there.
3. Some businesses have more moving parts. Then an accountant settles the price with you on a fifteen-minute call before anything is billed.

Books and taxes, by yearly revenue

Past $3.5 million, we settle the price with you on a call. The terms list books-only prices and the few add-ons, like an S corporation return or an extra state.

What’s included

• Monthly bookkeeping, with an accountant’s review of every transaction.
• The business’s federal return and one state return, prepared, signed and filed.
• Your personal return, with your first business. A spouse filing jointly with you is part of it.
• No setup fee and no contract.

Back work

Months before we start that nobody booked, or returns nobody filed, are back work. It’s your monthly price for each month behind, 20% off, billed once. Your bookkeeper looks at the books and agrees the number with you before you pay it.

When your price changes

We look at revenue after every quarter. If a business has grown into a higher level, we tell you before the new price starts. If it drops, the price comes down after two quarters in a row say so.
